Make an Appointment
To make an initial appointment please contact me on 07980 287 455 or send me an email by clicking on the link below. The first appointment consists of an initial consultation where you would be invited to talk about the reasons you are seeking therapy and what is troubling you. I might also ask you some questions about your background, upbringing and relationships. There would be opportunities for you to ask me questions about the way I work. If we are both happy to go ahead we would make an agreement to work together, which would cover fees, absences, breaks, holidays and how often and when we would meet.
